Love Your Skin - Zits, Breakouts and Acne Redefined
Do you have a skin problem? Most of us girls do-in fact, 60% of all beauty purchases are products made to enchance your skin or treat annoying breakouts like zits and acne. When it comes to skin-we want it to be perfect. But it's not always easy...many drugstore lotions contain oils and other chemicals that actually help increase the chance of zits. So how do you know when to buy what, and what to buy when? We'll tell you how to treat your breakouts-the right way.
Zits - Go zap 'em!
Acne is the most common skin problem among teens-it's a main part of puberty, therefore nearly everyone has them! Acne is caused by hormones, inflammation, overactive oil glands, and plugged pores, so therefore, it can be treated.
You can use specific store bought breakout and acne treatments for a faster result, or use homemade formulas to save you some well-earned money.

But of course, still make an effort to keep the classic tips in mind:
-Wash your face twice a day
-Apply an oil-free lotion (we recommend Aveeno) to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized
-Apply sunscreen (we recommend Neutrogena SPF 55 tubed facial sunscreen) to keep your face from getting damaged. We suggest apply facial sunscreens every other day. And if you want a tan...you'll still get one! Facial sunscreens simply protect your skin from the rays, but they don't prevent it from turning your skin bronze.
